31/07/2023- Monday

As usual reached the school on time.Head master had a casual talk which was encouraging. Today afternoon at 6th period I had class for  8b. There I took the topic balancing of chemical equation. Before the class arrange the charts and cards needed to teach balancing of chemical equation. During the class initially I check the previous knowledge then with the help of chart through interesting method the concept  was made clear. After the class I realised such problem and concept is better capture to students when expressed in playway method.

1/08/2023 - Tuesday 

Attended the morning assembly ,during the assembly headmaster gave short notice on the upcoming sports day which is to be held on 3rd and 4th of August .Morning 1st period I had class for 8d ,the diagnostic test was conducted by me along with the help of Nayana Miss.I was able  manage the test and answer sheets were collected. Then at afternoon I took a substitution class 8D ,their previous year question paper was discussed as suggested by the class teacher .Then at last period we were given duty to sort  the names of students  based on events given .All trainees were involved in arranging names and events . overall the day went very well.

2/08/2023 - Wednesday 

As  usual reached the school on time ,attended the morning assembly .Today first period I had class for 8d . There based on the diagnostic test marks a remedial teaching was conducted from the areas were more students scored less. By the method of activities and games the concept was made  clear to them. Remedial class helped the students to understand the concept in a better way .Then at  afternoon on part of sports day a rally was conducted and we all participated in the rally .

3/08/2023 - Thursday 

Today marked the first day of St Aloysious sports day named "aloysiad" I reached the  school by 8:45 a.m. I was given duty to take care of the concerned class and then  to close the classrooms after students been left to ground .  The programs started around 10 a.m. The chief guest was CI  Shaji papachann -a crime branch officer. we al were  given duty I was placed at running race event and long jump event it was really memorable day. Afternoon I was given the duty to look after the girls section to keep watch  students. overall it was a nice experience to be a part as teacher to organise and get involved in duties. sports got over by 4:30 and we all left School campus by 5:00 p.m.

4/08/2023- Friday 

Today mark the second day of sports day reached School by 8:45 a.m. Helped the   teachers in arranging the events and seats for children. After the morning assembly the events started by around 10:00 a.m. Today I was in duty of  looking after the girls section, been involved in the duty, students who had small injury after the track events came and I was in charged to  do  then the necessary medications.   At evening mark the end of the sports day, all  students were happy with the  medals  they recieved. overall the day went well. It  was a great chance to analyse the hardwork  done  by teachers  to  organise sports day event.

   EDU:401.2      WEEKLY REVIEW - THIRD WEEK  26/06/2023- Monday Today as usual reached  school, I did not had any lesson plan class but took a substitution class for 8 b. There I taught some problems related to' Measurements and Units'. As today was the National Anti drug day ,we all were involved in helping and arranging the chairs for the program which was conducted by the district child welfare community. we also involved in the  duty to correct the answer sheet of quiz competition conducted on behalf of the drug campaign.    EDU: 401.2    SCHOOL TEACHING PRACTICE -  SECOND WEEK   DAY 3-19/06/2023(Monday) Today I reached school at 9:00 a.m. As this day was reading day,a special assembly was conducted by the SPC students of the school. At first  headmaster gave message to all students about the importance of reading. Then the upper primary  students conducted various programs like sharing about their favourite book, reading experience  etc. Today I had class for 8B, it was not a lesson plan based class. There I took physics topic, thickness of paper and diameters.Then I took a substitution class 8B ,there I completed the topic "Tiny particles and Matter "experiments were shown using potassium permanganate crystals and then which sugar. Students were attentive  and  interested to know more about matter.
