19/07/2023-Wednesday

Today as usual reached School by 9:15 a.m. At morning assembly headmaster addressed  the condolescene towards the death of  former  chief minister OOMMEN CHANDY.  before the class I arranged the question sheets and answer sheets. Today I had first period for 8d there I conducted achievement test along with aasisstance  of B.Ed  trainee.  All students did the exam  as instructed  and the answer sheet were collected back after one hour. Then on 4th hour we all were  given duty to do  the correction for the quiz competition conducted on behalf of Chandrayan -3  and thus overall the day went well.

20/07/2023 - Thursday 

As usual reached School on time,  attended the school assembly .Hm talked about  former chief minister  OOMMEN CHANDY  . I had first period for class 8d, their it was a substitution class notes were given and questions related to the previous class we  discussed.  At 4th period I took class for 8b there I took  the topic 'Atoms and molecules' I was well prepared with the chart  and activity cards. The  molecular structures   were drawn in chart paper. During the class I presented the concept the discussion and activity after the class ,I realised that children become more active and responding when  pictures and charts are drawn.

21/07/2023 - Friday 

Today I reach at 9:15 a.m. There was an open assembly . During  assembly Malayalam Manorama newspaper program 'Vayanakalari' inaugurated by one of the former student of St Aloysius. Today I had no usual class I started preparing charts and activity for  my further classes. at afternoon around 2:30 p.m. a program called 'Techguys' was conducted in auditorium for the inauguration of science mathematics and social science club done  by Dr Sivakumar ,agricultural entomologist ICAR Alappuzha.


22/07/2023 - Saturday 

As usual reached  the school on time, as it was Monday's time table ,I did not had any regular class.     Morning 1st period I took substitution class for 8d there I engaged  students in doing problems related to distance and displacement then again I got a substitution class for 9 f there I taught  the ionic bonding and related problems class were left by 12:30 p.m.

   EDU:401.2      WEEKLY REVIEW - THIRD WEEK  26/06/2023- Monday Today as usual reached  school, I did not had any lesson plan class but took a substitution class for 8 b. There I taught some problems related to' Measurements and Units'. As today was the National Anti drug day ,we all were involved in helping and arranging the chairs for the program which was conducted by the district child welfare community. we also involved in the  duty to correct the answer sheet of quiz competition conducted on behalf of the drug campaign. It was a nice experience to be a part in such program organised by district level authorities and organisations .   27/06/2023- Tuesday Today I reached School by 9:15 a.m. I had two classes for 8th standard. 1st period I took the topic 'TIME ' for 8d, optional teacher came for class observation as expected I was able to convey the concept with the help of ICT. SECOND WEEK

   EDU: 401.2    SCHOOL TEACHING PRACTICE -  SECOND WEEK   DAY 3-19/06/2023(Monday) Today I reached school at 9:00 a.m. As this day was reading day,a special assembly was conducted by the SPC students of the school. At first  headmaster gave message to all students about the importance of reading. Then the upper primary  students conducted various programs like sharing about their favourite book, reading experience  etc. Today I had class for 8B, it was not a lesson plan based class. There I took physics topic, thickness of paper and diameters.Then I took a substitution class 8B ,there I completed the topic "Tiny particles and Matter "experiments were shown using potassium permanganate crystals and then which sugar. Students were attentive  and  interested to know more about matter.
