3/07/2023- Monday

Today as usual reached the school on time . As 8D class teacher was late I was assigned the duty to take class for the first period. I gave Physics notes to the students. Today I had only one class during the 6th period, it was not a lesson plan based class therefore I taught physics topic 'Time'. The idea of understanding time was explained through different shadow length. Students were responding and interested to know more and more on the time measuring devices used in olden days. The day went well.

4/07/2023- Tuesday

As usual reach the school by 9 am, due to heavy rain the assembly started 5 minutes late. I had class  for the first period in 8D. I took the topic 'Volume and Density ' the concept of mass and volume was explain using a thermocol block and wooden block. some problems we also discussed. Then on 4th period I got substitution in the same class, notes were given and questions were asked. Then at afternoon I got a substitution period for 8b there as   students were in  less number. then at last I got a substitution for 8d since it was the PT period the students were asked to sit inside classroom due to heavy rain. There I took a revision of topic till taken and lastly a memory game was played. Students were active and interestingly participated in the game.

5/07/2023- Wednesday

Today I reach the school as usual, morning assembly was conducted by us. Today was' Basheer day' some programs like talk on Basheer works and his biography was conducted assembly began with the prayer song by Bertina followed by pledge done by Vaisakhi and then continued with the  thought  for the day and newspaper reading. Today I had two classes for 8th  I took the topic 'Reference Point' on the chapter motion. General teacher, Nancy miss came for class observation. By using ppt and videos the concept is made clear to the students. All students were responding and was able to manage the class as expected.

7/7/2023- Friday

Today I had no usual classes but at afternoon I took a substitution class for 7th.  It was their English period so I engaged them in learning English story and reading the chapter and gave meanings of some words. It was  a nice experience to deal with small children. the day went very well.

   EDU:401.2      WEEKLY REVIEW - THIRD WEEK  26/06/2023- Monday Today as usual reached  school, I did not had any lesson plan class but took a substitution class for 8 b. There I taught some problems related to' Measurements and Units'. As today was the National Anti drug day ,we all were involved in helping and arranging the chairs for the program which was conducted by the district child welfare community. we also involved in the  duty to correct the answer sheet of quiz competition conducted on behalf of the drug campaign. It was a nice experience to be a part in such program organised by district level authorities and organisations .   27/06/2023- Tuesday Today I reached School by 9:15 a.m. I had two classes for 8th standard. 1st period I took the topic 'TIME ' for 8d, optional teacher came for class observation as expected I was able to convey the concept with the help of ICT. SECOND WEEK

   EDU: 401.2    SCHOOL TEACHING PRACTICE -  SECOND WEEK   DAY 3-19/06/2023(Monday) Today I reached school at 9:00 a.m. As this day was reading day,a special assembly was conducted by the SPC students of the school. At first  headmaster gave message to all students about the importance of reading. Then the upper primary  students conducted various programs like sharing about their favourite book, reading experience  etc. Today I had class for 8B, it was not a lesson plan based class. There I took physics topic, thickness of paper and diameters.Then I took a substitution class 8B ,there I completed the topic "Tiny particles and Matter "experiments were shown using potassium permanganate crystals and then which sugar. Students were attentive  and  interested to know more about matter.
